I have been meaning to post this for the past week, but I’ve suffered computer troubles with my internet provider. Due to this it has been difficult to do so, and update the site as I normally should. Though you will see more updates soon, and I apologize for the slow two weeks. On the plus side, the news I do have is rather hefty about the goodies the US customers might receive when they pick up Pangya PSP.
It has taken me a very long time to get PSP in our system for preorder at the game store I work at, but I finally have by bugging the guy in charge of contacting the publishers. While overlooking the item in the system, there was a little note in the computer that stated the game comes with Download Vouchers. This isn’t uncommon and can be anything from the trading cards people got with the Wolverine Uncaged game (when they preordered), or the voucher that came with Patapon 2 to download it online. I suspect that if this is true, and doesn’t change by Pangya’s release date—which is currently set to June 28th, 2009—that the Download Vouchers that come with Pangya PSP are very well the code that allows the PSP clothes to be unlocked in the US servers.
I’d like to stress this is a guess, but out of everything this seems most likely. This is also subject to change before the release date. For example, I noticed a week ago that the Download Vouchers were marked for preorders only while today that part was taken out. It might run a risk of being removed, but we won’t know till the game is out. Enjoy this little sneak peek, and let’s all pray!

@Crimson Night: I doubt this will be pre-order exclusive, but it might be limited quantities. This game won’t sell all that well in the US, I think we all know that and can look at Super Swing Golf’s sales in retrospect. So I think people who get it within the first three months, if they’re limited, would have a huge chance to getting these Download Voucher.

@Trunksi: The outfits on the right are available in the game as well as via the download voucher in Pangya; however, the ones of the left were—from what I know—concept sketches.
