This is rather interesting news considering all the transitions that have happened in the Pangya world as of late. As all of you know, Korean Pangya was originally published by Hanbitsoft and then recently taken over by Ntreev completely. Hanbitsoft was also involved in the European Pangya as well; however, it was recently announced that now European Pangya will go straight through Ntreev… thus, cutting their ties with Hanbitsoft. I heard awhile back that Hanbitsoft was struggling somewhat, but considering the monster good job they do with Japanese Pangya, it’s a little difficult to see that.
If you’re still interested in English Hanbitsoft games, they’re working with Atlus Online on Neo Steam. They also have one more named Tantra Global, and their last game I can find information on was Hellgate: London which closed down back in January of this year. We never really knew Hanbitsoft, but I do hope they continue to strive in their games.
