At 9:00 PM PST Ntreev has opened their account migration, and if you wish to get your stuff back I suggest you do it right now. With the account transfer you will be able to keep the following objects: level, characters, caddies, mascots, items, and gift boxes. However, you will not be able to keep pang, records, trophies, guild affiliation, et cetera. If you’ve already transferred then you received one of the above messages. If you were like me and tried ten minutes ago, your stomach probably sank when you received the error; regardless, after trying again I was able to get my account successfully. It seems Ntreev suffered a hiccup at first or an overload. Everything should be fine now.

The USA Pangya servers will open back up tomorrow at 7:00 PM PST for the first time in over a month! Do NOT buy any items you already had (excluding things like Power Pots). This includes clubs, characters, clothing. If you do so then when the game transfers your account on the 17th, you will not receive the OGPlanet version but the NtreevUSA version. The best advice I have if you’re impulsive or worried is just not to play until they’ve fully transferred the accounts. You might have to wait one more day, but we’ve all made it this long.

    So now we gotta wait until the next maintenance, then our accounts will be transfered and we can play again. Did I get that right?

    It is an annoying bug, It took my third try to transfer my account and the second try for my brother. I feel a little ashamed because before they did get through I shot a web error report to Ntreev.

    Now that it’s done, we just wait until Maintence is performed on this Friday and BAM, our hard work (minus pang and hole records, but thats easy to get) is back.

    P.S. I’m not getting on until Maintinence is done so my Scout and the starter clubs I have are not overridden.

    @ Cyruz: Yeah, it’s better to wait until maintenance on the 17th if you dont’ want your starter clubs, Scout, etc overwritten.

    @ GiraLagann: I feel the same, I don’t want to overwrite anything or have any problems so I’d rather wait.

    When I did the account recovery , and sign on to pangya , it asked me to make a new hannah and thus I dont have my old account.. I made a hannah anyways then log out.. Will I still get my old stuff back?

    Lady, you have to wait for the next maintenance. They’re transferring everything in batches, so until they do another maintenance, your account won’t be transferred.

    Unfortunately, there’s another issue with the migration. Tons of people are finding that their accounts have “already been recovered.” What does that mean? On of two things:
    1) An error.
    2) Someone stole your account, somehow. Considering all you need to get it is the account name & birthday, it’s surprisingly easy. Problem is, many people experiencing this can testify that they NEVER release such info to people.

    But the big problem is the responses people get when they submit a feedback ticket.

    It basically amounts to “sucks for you. We have no intention of fixing this problem. Stop bothering us.”

    That’s quite a bizzare way to respond to what is either bad programming on their end, or a player commiting fraud. Either way, the person who invested the time and money (and could have invested more with Ntreev) are the ones who are punished for this.

    not good ntreev very bad sorry for it we all players hope we can play soon a good game whit out cheatres i know ur GM is ful of complaymend of cheaters moste ar internet cafe players hard to stop them but im sure also many players suck cheaters and raport thembut a few days later she ar stil ther KICK THEM ALL
