Quite a weird update from Korean Pangya today if you are not familiar with Marine Blues, which I was not until proper research. From my knowledge, Marine Blues is basically a web comic along with a blog which tracks modern life in Korea through little chibi seafood characters. There is an English version of the site, so the jokes aren’t beyond English speakers, but a few seem to be lost due to translation. The update is basically in partnership to promote this website which has been active since 2001. I will say now that there are no new updates for the characters, the only notable new items are to showcase Marine Blues.
Marine Blues came with their own phoenixes, clubset, and even a few mascots. All of which offer abilities we have already seen before so sadly they don’t offer anything new at this point. There is also an item for the characters to have these Marine Blues character’s on your head, which takes the hat slot and offers spin or curve depending. All of the above items should be available till the end of October.
In all honesty I don’t have much to say about this because I just don’t get it. Even reading the comics I didn’t understand the appeal, but perhaps it’s a cultural difference then anything else.
