The standard New Year outfits have been released, this includes unveiling Lucia’s which is rather nice looking. It has a unique hair ordainment that makes Lucia look rather clean-cut and nice. Also, along with the holiday are boxes about 79 Cookies which contain either Kaz or Lucia with a clubset, Time Boosters, Pang Masteries, and Power Calibers. Another box has a few cards inside. After the jump are pictures of Lucia’s new outfit along with information on the new Mr. eCard.
The new eCard has the theme Shall We Dance (which reminds me of the classic musical/movie The King & I). Every girl gets a gypsy type of outfit that is relatively detailed and stylish. Below is the full picture offered on the Korean website, enjoy~!

So that’s what that random Lucia outfit was that we found in the data files. I think I like Arin and Hana’s the best. Ceci’s is ok too, but Kooh and Lucia…eeh not so much. Actually Lucia’s haengbok is kinda nice too but only the dark blue one(?). Not a big fan of that red one
