I’ve come with more GM conversations, though I will admit by now I wouldn’t be surprised if they started memorizing my name so they don’t have to speak with me anymore. However, I’ve gotten two important details confirmed. One, Ntreev controls the rates of winning an ECard Rare. Two, they will never sell these rares in the PSquare. I also found out earlier that there will be a better cap limit on the servers to limit lag, and a possible Brazilian IP ban in the future (please note this last piece of information is not confirmed). Kibs and I, who is a friend in Pangya and Vent, notified me of a GM’s presence. So we both worked to get their attention, though it was oddly difficult to do so. We have the following screenshots to show for it.
I should also add that Chump also confirmed in next update in a very subtle manner that Uncle Bob’s Gun will be coming to Albatross 18 this week. It is also apparent when you look at the teaser blog post on their MySpace, which shows a clear picture of Uncle Bob holding the gun during tee-off. I was unable to get a screenshot of him saying as such though, solely because I was not there but listening to Kibs before I signed on. The jest of the conversation was Kibs saying that he heard a rumor Uncle Bob’s Gun was coming in the next update. The GM responded in a similar fashion to this: You shouldn’t spread rumors, but I heard that one, too.

Thanks for the updates. It’s unfortunate that chatting with GMs (who scarcely log on) seems to be the only way in which users can learn about these important pieces of information. A better FAQ or an official news blog would be helpful.

Well, Mr. Monkey they’ve been pretty good on having a Papel Rare and then an eCard rare. Supposedly they should change the Papel rare this time (as in tomorrow), and the eCard rare two weeks from now. That all depends if they consider to do that now or later. Nothing is really official.

@ Jimmy: Ntreev is the original creator of Pangya. They allow outside companies in other regions besides Korea to publish there game. So they basically sell their game on their terms.

Sadly, US NTREEV don’t have pangya on their game list.
US NTREEV billing access are wider and open to most e-payment.. While OGP are limited to US only. *sigh
